Terms of service
Last updated: April 2026. By using Paliscore, you agree to these terms.
1. What Paliscore is
Paliscore is an educational software product that analyzes credit and business information you provide and produces an informational plan. We do not extend credit, broker loans, repair credit, prepare taxes, or provide legal, financial, or investment advice. We are not a credit repair organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and do not promise to remove or modify any item on your credit report.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to use Paliscore. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts or submitting another person's information without their consent is prohibited.
3. No guarantees
Approval probabilities, funding lane suggestions, and roadmap items are estimates based on the data you supply and on heuristics that can and do err. Lender criteria change, your file changes, and many decisions are subjective. Paliscore does not guarantee any credit score change, financing approval, credit limit, interest rate, loan term, or other lender decision. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit; results and recommendations depend on it.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paliscore reports are digital products generated and delivered immediately after payment. Once a report has been generated and made available, the purchase is generally considered final. See our refund policy for the situations in which refunds may be reviewed.
4a. Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact support@paliscore.com first so we can review and resolve it directly.
By purchasing a Paliscore report or subscription, you acknowledge that the service is a digital product delivered after payment. Paliscore may use transaction records, delivery confirmations, submitted form data, account access logs, IP and device metadata, confirmation emails, and other usage records to verify delivery, respond to billing disputes, and provide evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a chargeback.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Paliscore output. Don't submit information you don't have permission to submit. Don't use Paliscore to commit fraud, misrepresent your financial position to lenders, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paliscore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the plan or calculators. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the change here and notify subscribers by email for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
