Refund policy

Last updated: April 2026. Plain-English version of how refunds, billing disputes, and chargebacks are handled.

Paliscore is designed to provide a structured, data-driven evaluation of credit and funding readiness based on the information submitted by the user.

Because each Paliscore report is generated instantly and delivered as a digital product, all purchases are generally considered final once the report has been created or access has been provided.

Our goal is to ensure every user receives the full value of the Paliscore experience. If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or believe your report was not delivered as described, our team will review your request in good faith.

When refunds may be reviewed

  • A technical issue prevented access to the report
  • A duplicate or unintended charge occurred
  • The report was not delivered after successful payment
  • The service was materially not delivered as described

To request a review, email support@paliscore.com from the email on your account with a short description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.

When refunds are not available

  • Dissatisfaction with credit outcomes, funding decisions, lender approvals, or other external third-party decisions
  • Changes in personal, business, or financial circumstances after purchase
  • Failure to read or understand the report after delivery
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the user
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of the Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the report has already been generated and delivered, unless there was a verified technical issue

Refund decisions are made at Paliscore's sole discretion.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription any time from your account — one click, no phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Subsequent renewals stop.

Annual plans can be canceled to stop renewal but are not pro-rated after the report has been generated. If you need flexibility, the monthly plan may fit better — you can switch from your account.

Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, we ask that you contact Paliscore first so our team can review and resolve the matter directly. Most disputes are faster to resolve this way than through your bank or card issuer.

By purchasing a Paliscore report, you acknowledge that the service is a digital product delivered after payment, and that access to the report, confirmation emails, payment records, account activity, IP and device logs, and usage records may be used to verify delivery and support dispute resolution.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Paliscore reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, delivery confirmations, user activity, submitted form data, timestamps, account access records, and communications to the payment processor or financial institution to demonstrate that the service was provided.

Purchase acknowledgment

Before completing a purchase, users are responsible for reviewing the nature of the Paliscore service, including that Paliscore provides informational funding-readiness analysis and does not guarantee credit score changes, financing approvals, credit limits, loan terms, or lender decisions.

By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that the report is a digital service generated based on the information submitted, and that results may vary depending on external financial, credit, lender, and underwriting factors outside of Paliscore's control.
